The room was spotless and had a full kitchen, as well as comfortable beds. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of other Royal Resorts and Captain's Cove restaurant. Plus, the dive shop was also part of the All Inclusive plan.

Convenient location close to a public beach - 🏖️. The airport is just 16 miles away, so getting here is a breeze. The staff is amazing and really goes above and beyond.

A little noisy room.

We had a great stay at The Villas at The Royal Cancun. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the villa overlooks the bay. The staff was incredible and helped us with our baggage.

The location was ideal, being close to other Royal Resorts and Captain's Cove restaurant. The staff was very friendly and the room was huge with a nice garden view. The wake-up service was a cool addition, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for vacation, it was an excellent stay. The venue was a perfect base for enjoying a beautiful area, close to The Royal Cancun as well as the sea and garden. Also, the location was particularly good, a 10-15 minute walk from Scenic Tower Cancun.

All-inclusive package offers great value, including varied food options and well-known alcohol brands. Convenient access to dive shop and boat for scuba diving. Quiet atmosphere perfect for families and older guests.

For the price we paid, this hotel exceeded our expectations. The value for money was incredible and we were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail. The location was perfect, with easy access to the ferry to Isla Mujeres and close to everything we wanted to explore. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were comfortable, with amazing views of the gardens. We also enjoyed the breakfast included in our stay, it was a great way to start our day.
